Where is NALGW office located?

The physical address for the NALGW office is 126 W Main Street, New Albany, MS. The office is directly across the street from Tallahatchie Gourmet near the park entrance.

What services does NALGW offer?

NALGW offers electric, water, gas and sewer services. Electric service includes outdoor lights, parking lot lighting, and athletic lighting. 

Who provides electricity to NALGW?

Tennessee Valley Authority provides wholesale electricity to NALGW. Please visit www.tva.com for more information about TVA. 

What are the office hours for NALGW?

Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. There is someone here 24 hours, 7 days a week to answer the phone in case of emergencies, loss of power, gas leaks, etc. 

Why can't I setup an account on the customer portal (online bill pay)?

The most common reason for this may be due to the last 4 of social security number not being valid. If a customer setup their account more than 3-4 years ago it is possible that their social security number was not saved in the billing information. Email or call our office for assistance if this is the case. See bottom of this window for contact info.
